Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Oradori, a subscription animated daily devotional and coaching service operated by ToonyVision ("Oradori," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Oradori delivers a short animated message each morning — a coach character presenting the day's content in your chosen topic — by email, in-app, and (optionally) SMS or WhatsApp. Features, coaches, and topics may change over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Children's ("Kids") accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

The Daily Bible Verse tier is free. Paid plans (Standard, Premium, bundles, and add-ons) are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or two-year) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price. We will tell you about any price change in advance.

4. Free tier, trials & referrals

Some topics may offer a 30-day free trial with no card required up front. Trials are limited to one per email per topic, and anti-abuse rules apply. Referral rewards (a free month for you and a friend who subscribes to a paid plan) are subject to a limit of five per year and may be changed or withdrawn for abuse.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings. Cancellation, downgrades, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to disrupt or reverse- engineer the platform, no reselling or redistributing the content without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The characters, animations, audio, artwork, and software are owned by ToonyVision and protected by law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view your daily messages for your own use.

8. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers (e.g., Stripe for payments, and infrastructure, email, and media providers) to operate. Your use of the service may be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Oradori is for inspiration and encouragement and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or pastoral advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToonyVision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ToonyVision operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
