Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
We want you to love your mornings with Oradori. This policy explains how cancellations, downgrades, and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your subscription settings (or the Stripe billing portal). It's one clear action — no phone calls, no maze.
When cancellation takes effect
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. After that, your account drops to the always-free Daily Bible Verse tier so you can keep receiving a message each morning.
Refunds
Because Oradori is a low-cost subscription billed in advance, we generally do not provide refunds for the current billing period or for partial periods after cancellation. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented delivery, or believe your situation deserves a closer look, email us at support@oradori.com and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
Free tier & trials
The Daily Bible Verse tier is free forever and never requires a card. Where a 30-day free trial is offered, you won't be charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.
Annual & two-year plans
Annual and two-year plans are billed upfront as a single charge for the discounted rate. You can cancel to stop future renewals; the prepaid term remains available through its end date unless otherwise required by law.
Add-ons
Delivery add-ons (SMS/WhatsApp) follow the same cancel-anytime, no-partial-refund approach and can be managed from your subscription settings.
