This Privacy Policy explains what Oradori (operated by ToonyVision) collects, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to deliver your daily messages and run your subscription — nothing more.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name or username, email, optional phone for SMS, country), your topic/coach and delivery preferences, engagement signals (e.g., marking a message watched, streaks), and billing information. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To create your personalized daily messages, deliver them through your chosen channels, manage your subscription and referrals, provide support, and improve the service. For Premium, your first name is used to personalize your message audio.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with providers that help us operate, including: Stripe (payments), our database/auth and hosting providers, an email delivery provider, a media storage/CDN provider, and a voice-synthesis provider used to generate message audio. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (like light/dark theme). We don't sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Your rights

Children's privacy

Kids accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who controls the child's information and can request its deletion at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including row-level security on our database and encrypted secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
